It wasn’t far, it wasn’t for very long, but my first decent run since October 13th. I’m reasonably happy with it. He said to start slow & steady. I’m so shit at pacing myself though.
I came back earlier than planned, my knee isn’t feeling great, the good news is it doesn’t feel anywhere as bad as it did a few weeks ago.
I’m pretty pleased with how well I’ve retained my cardio fitness, I know it’s only 2.5k, but I didn’t want to stop, I felt like I could have run for hours had it not been for my knee.
